Lawn Maintenance- We have found that a bi-weekly lawn service provides the best management for lawns up to 1500' above sea level and every 3 to 4 weeks for higher elevations. Keeping the lawn mowed at the proper height encourages a healthier and more dense turf and will help in the control of weeds. Grass can be stressed and nutrients wasted on repairing when too much of the grass blade is cut due to long periods between mowing. Excess clippings also introduce the possibility of disease and insect problems.

Basic Maintenance - Lawn will be mowed, trimmed with a weed whacker, and all hard surfaces blown off. Weedkiller applications if desired. Grass clippings are usually mulched into tiny pieces and reintroduced back into the lawn as a natural fertilizer. Grass clippings can be bagged for a more manicured looking lawn if desired, please let us know and we will be glad to get you an additional quote. 


Full-Service Maintenance- Includes Basic Maintenance Plus: Plants and Brush will be trimmed and maintained on a regular basis. Green waste will be removed from the property and brought to Hilo green waste facility.
